3.1 WIT is only one organization which has been providing to sell the quality based Laptop and MacBook accessories and related peripherals with digital services and put forward to solve the difficulties of Notebooks and MacBooks by the experienced Engineers since 1999 in Bangladesh.
www.witcomputers.com is a website in our country only for Laptop and MacBook related parts which has been trying to fulfill at level best for our customers’ requirement about these type of products . It is a first, qualified, reliable, largest and individual e-Commerce platform only for Notebook and MacBook parts in Bangladesh. Those products or services are available exclusively online through the website.
3.2 We have made every effort to elaborate as perfectly as possible the technical specifications, compatibilities and images of our products that meet your requirements. But we do not committed that this descriptions are same to your expectations.
3.3 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. SEGMENT 4 : Product values or Assembling or Fitting charges (“pricing”)- excluding VAT & TAX
4.1 All prices and charges on this Web Site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments made by cards and other medias issued in any other country may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank.
4.2 Product Values : Prices of all products are declared ‘Fixed’ (MRP) on this website according to the MRP policy-2018 monitoring by Bangladesh Computer Somity (BCS) and two types of products value on this site which are entitled ‘Retail Price’ and ‘Reseller Price’.
4.2.1 Retail Price : Honorable individual and corporate customers always see the maximum retail price excluding shipping charge on this site and when you finally submit your desired product order, total calculating amount(BDT) including shipping charge will be shown on your screen.
4.2.2 Reseller Price : Reseller price means vendor price who maintain a firm to sell these types of products to others and honorable reseller gets 10% discount based on maximum retail price(MRP) excluding shipping charge. When he/she submit a reseller application form to WIT authority for approval as a reseller, after successfully approved as a reseller, he/she will see the discounted (10%) maximum retail price (BDT) on screen. 4.3 Assembling or Fitting Charges : This is a site only for Laptop or MacBook related spare-parts provider, therefore majority parts are not easy to replace in Laptop or MacBook . So it should be required to support assembling or fitting the peripherals which is purchased from our site, you would send your Laptop or MacBook at our nearest outlet and both shipping cost will be paid by you.

4.4 The Prices for the Goods or Services are ex-works and exclude packing, insurance and carriage, VAT, and other taxes or duties. Prices invoiced are calculated in respect of the quantity of Goods or Services actually delivered and hours of Services provided irrespective of the quantity in respect of which any quotation was issued.
4.5 The Company shall have the right to adjust its prices for any increase in the price of materials, parts, labor, and transport, changes in work of delivery schedules or quantities or any other costs of any kind arising for any reason after the date of the Contract.
4.6 Price clauses shall take effect on the date of service on the customer of notice of the change.
SEGMENT 5 : Warranty , Return and Cashback policy
www.witcomputers.com is an authentic e-Commerce platform of Laptop and MacBook related all kinds of accessories in Bangladesh which is carrying on generally three types of after-sales service for honorable customers such as –
5.1 Warranty Policy :
5.1.1 We are promised to our customers to repair or replace the product which is purchased from us if it develops a fault within the written period of time based on his/her purchased invoice or warranty card. Our few products are sold based on replacement warranty for a specified period of time and other head, the majority of our products are sold based on repairable warranty.
5.1.2 When a purchaser claims a logical warranty for the product within the written period of time without physical and electrical damages or burn cases or torn warranty sticker, initially we will try to repair through 07(seven) working days, if it is fail to resolve the problem, we would replace another one.
5.1.3 Accidental damage, damage caused by misuse or fire wire and tear are not covered under the warranty. This includes damage to casings, cables or connectors, warranty sticker , etc.
5.1.4 The warranty does not cover damage or failure that is a direct consequence of connecting the product to an incompatible device. Connecting your product to an incompatible device may cause damage to the product and to your device.
5.1.5 The warranty does not cover batteries that have been left in storage for long periods of time without being periodically charged / discharged or that have exceeded their natural life expectancy in terms of charge / discharge cycles.
5.1.6 The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.
5.1.7 When the purchaser will send the goods for warranty , he/she will pay both shipping cost. The liability of www.witcomputers.com is ended at the expiry of the warranty period of the item/s purchased by the buyer and there shall be no claim of whatever nature and no claim of refund of whatever situation is made by the buyer.
5.1.8 Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for warranty under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (“CRPA, 2009”), we do not sell products on a trial basis or for diagnostic purposes. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
5.2 Return Policy :
5.2.1 WIT Computers offers customers the opportunity to return goods up to 02(two) days after receipt (“the Returns Period”), subject to the terms and conditions in this returns policy.
5.2.2 You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but the goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.
5.2.3 All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the Web Site.
i. Your product must be complete, including all accessories, in its original, unmarked box / packaging and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). We may accept returns within the Returns Period that do not fully comply with this requirement, but this will be subject to a restocking charge to cover the loss that we might reasonably expect to incur in reselling the item(s).
ii. A proof of purchase must be supplied.
iii. You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
iv. We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalized.
v. Goods must be received by us within 02(two) calendar days of us issuing your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods received outside of this period will be rejected. We would advise returning your goods as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for delivery.
Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s). Any use of or damage to the delivered goods or product packaging beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will result in you incurring a reduction of your refund to cover the loss that we might reasonably expect to incur in reselling the item(s).
5.3 Cashback Policy :
5.3.1 It is very complex to purchase the Laptop and MacBook related accessories from online for the causes of compatibility or supportability. When you decide to buy a product or service from our website, please carefully see the images, read the technical specifications, descriptions, compatible lists and user guide of the product or service, then place an order. Otherwise we are not liable for your wrong order.
5.3.2 Purchased or received products are not supportable or not working or wrong order or any other problems (except mind changed), you can return the goods within 02(two) days at our address without any physical and electrical damages or burn cases or torn warranty sticker for replacement another one or refund money(only product value) or adjust with another product. All(both) shipping charges must be paid by your side.
5.3.3 WIT tries its best to serve the honorable customers. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that WIT fails to complete, requires any cashback, it be done maximum within 07(seven) working days after our acknowledgement.
5.3.4 A warranty product is confirmed to be technical faulty or not repairable, we will replace your product with a another one where possible. If no replacement is available we may offer an alternative product or you will get full Cashback within 07(seven) working days without carrying charges.
SEGMENT 6 : Order Cancellation Procedure
6.1 If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to WIT Computers at your own risk and cost.
6.2 www.witcomputers.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with prior notice to you and with your acceptance, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Some of the circumstances under which www.witcomputers.com usually cancel the order are :
*Due to defects or damages found at the time of shipping and there is no stock available to fulfill the order. It is our usual practice to test all products sold with warranty before posting them on the website. However certain products like LCD panel, hard disk etc. are to be retested before we ship.
*Due to errors in the product description, quantity and pricing posted on our website.
* Due to any typographical errors.
6.3 By placing an order, you accept and agree that the total liability of www.witcomputers.com under any legal terms or claims of whatsoever shall be limited to the amount of money you have actually paid solely and only for placing the order, when your order is rejected or limited by www.witcomputers.com, www.witcomputers.com shall immediately refund back the amount so received to your credit card account or bank account or mobile banking.
SEGMENT 7 : Order Placing Guidelines
7.1 A notice will be displayed on your web browser before you submit an order with www.witcomputers.com. This contains important information such as a description, price and delivery charges of the good or services ordered. We suggest that you print off a hard copy of the notice or save a copy to your hard drive for your own records.
7.2 We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Bkash, Rocket.
7.3 All prices and charges on this Web Site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments made by cards and other medias issued in any other country may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank.
7.4 You place the order for your products on the Web Site by pressing the pay now button at the end of the checkout process. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from WIT Computers. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.
7.5 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Web Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Web Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Web Site at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the moment you place an order. In the event the products ordered are not as described, WIT Computers will give you the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period for a full refund.
7.6 It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery address information is correctly provided. WIT Computers is unable to verify address information prior to dispatching your order. We are also unable to accept responsibility for goods delivery incorrectly to an address provided by the customer.
7.7 In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on the Web Site. WIT Computers reserves the right to not fulfill the order at that price. In such a circumstance, you will be notified, and given the choice to proceed with the order at the correct price.
7.8 All prices are shown excluding VAT & TAX, WIT Computers reserve the right to adjust retail prices according to applicable rate. For items which are placed on back order, VAT will be charged at the applicable rate at time of dispatch.
7.9 You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in the course of placing your order to conduct any appropriate fraud checks. As part of these checks, personal information that you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

7.11 Motherboard & Touch Display/ Apple LED Order Procedure : In the fact of multi-functionalities or versatilities or sensitiveness , Laptop/Macbook motherboard and Touch Display/Apple LED are very complicated process to assemble or match or select with the existing one meanwhile, we request to you that when you find out your desired items in our website and eager to purchase those goods, primarily, you should bring or send the Notebook/ Macbook to our service center at Dhanmondi, Dhaka for compatibility test and diagnosis by free of cost before ordering or purchasing.
- Secondly if you decide to carry on your Notebook/Macbook replacing motherboard or touch display/LED by WIT Computers directly, you are most welcome at our service center and our dedicated and professional team of engineers who are eager to help you saving time by sharing their knowledge and expertise to solve your problem instantly.
- Thirdly if you agree to send your Notebook/Macbook replacing motherboard or touch display/LED to WIT Computers at Dhanmondi, Dhaka via couriers, you would sign on every parts of your Notebook/Macbook by using permanent marker pen or write serial numbers or take photograph before packing or sending for your future records.
After receiving your goods from courier company for our side, we shall inform you with a job ID over the phone call or email or SMS.
- Finally if we would be successful to replace motherboard or touch display/Apple LED in your Notebook/Macbook then-
i. you could purchase that product directly from our shop paying by cash or through digital payment methods.
ii. you could purchase that product from our website using through our payment gateways.

8.2 WIT reserves the right to ship your order using any delivery method we deem appropriate. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email/SMS/message to let you know which courier service will be delivering your order. Where you collect we will also provide you with a courier number and so that you can collect/receive your ordered goods easily or quickly.
8.3 If nobody is in to receive your order or the delivery company is unable to leave you parcel in a safe place, it will be returned to their local depot. The delivery company will only hold your parcel for a limited period before returning the order to us. Please arrange a re-delivery or collection as soon as possible.
8.4 Where an order is rejected or undeliverable and has been returned to sender, we will refund your order less the original shipping costs plus an administration fee to cover the cost of the return, restocking and refunding your payment.
8.5 Where goods have been returned to us and you would like them to be re-delivered you will be required to pay a further delivery charge for re-delivery. Free delivery is not available for re-delivery of returned orders.
8.6 WIT shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or any expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
8.7 Stated delivery times are estimates, based on historic data. Whilst the vast majority of deliveries are made within the suggested time frame, delivery times are not guaranteed unless specified. If for some reason your order is delayed we will gladly work with the courier company to track down your order and ensure a delivery as quickly as possible. We are unable to refund delivery charges for delays beyond our control. All deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take an additional day to arrive.
8.8 Any damages must be reported or send image to us within 02(two) hours of receiving your order. We are unable to entertain claims of damage after 02(two) hours of receipt. Should your delivery appear damaged on receipt and you are required to sign for the delivery please ask the delivery driver or man to make a note of the damage before accepting the delivery. If possible, please photograph the damaged packaging prior to opening.
8.9 Non delivery claims must be made within 04(four) days of receiving your order dispatch notification email. Before claiming non receipt, please check your courier number where available or contact your local courier office to ensure it is not awaiting collection after a failed delivery. We are unable to entertain claims of non receipt after 05(five) days.
